We offer a variety of bakery products including but not limited to cakes, pastries, bread, cookies, and custom orders for special occasions (e.g., birthdays, weddings). Availability may vary based on location and stock.

4.1. Custom Orders

For custom cakes and large orders, we require a minimum lead time of 48 hours. Detailed customization options must be submitted via our platform, and we reserve the right to contact you for any clarifications.

4.2. Product Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and prices. However, there may be instances where errors occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1. Pricing

Prices are listed in local currency and may be subject to taxes and delivery fees. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. For large custom orders, a deposit may be required.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

6.4. Failed Deliveries

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order for standard items and within 12 hours for custom orders. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

7.2. Refunds

Refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Unavailable Products: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Products: If the products are damaged during delivery, contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
